iRIVER is common name and known to all. iRiver has now launched a new hard drive-based portable audio player the E10.

  • It has 6GB of memory.
  • Features a 1.5″ screen.
  • A FM tuner.
  • Supports MP3/WMA/ASF/OGG playback.

Toshiba is out with its new 12.1 inch wide LCD display.

Features:

  • Is only 2.9mm thick and measures 270 × 2.9 - 4.5 × 180mm.
  • It supports a resolution of 1,280 x 800 dot (WXGA).
  • Uses low temperature polysilicon liquid crystal technology.
  • The super efficient display is designed for use with notebooks and has 300 cd/m2 brightness.

JVC’s new Flash-based audio players

JVC has launched two new digital audio players segment, JVC XA-F57 and XA-F107. The F57 and F107 are flash-based audio players.

Features:

  • The players can support MP3, WMA and WMA-DRM.
  • The 512MB XA-F57 is available in white, pink or silver.
  • 1GB XA-F107 is offered in gray, pink or black.
  • The players can be connected to your PC thru the player’s USB 2.0 port so the task of transferring files is reduced to the “drag and drop” operation.
  • The player features direct recording. Using the players’ analog input, CD, radio or tape sources are converted to MP3 files by the player, so there’s no need for a PC.
