Seagrand is out with a new mp3/cd player called ‘The EZ6′.

Features:

• The device is capable of recording directly onto SD memory cards at 256/224/192/128/64 kbps bit rates.
• It will be available in two colors black and silver.
• The player can play CD-R/RW discs.
• It also includes a USB port and SD card slot.
• The player has a backlit LCD display and is powered by four AAA batteries providing 80 minutes of playback and 60 minutes of recording time.
• It measures appox 145×154×43.4mm and weighs 600 grams.

According to the source the EZ-6 mp3/cd player should be available in Japan from May and should cost you around 19,800 Yen ($ 175).

I brought myself a new domain name Technofreakonline.com. I just completed the hosting formalities today and domain name is up and working.

At present I have just created a feedmania for our site Techno-Freak. Hopefully in future I shall do something different using the domain name.

I just got this pictures of the new Motorola Canary from Engadget. It seems to be the successor to the RAZR, maybe it should be called the RAZR2?

Well talking about its features, It uses the same software as the Motorola V3x and not Windows Mobile as rumours suggested. This phone might have a 2-megapixel camera and could be released during Q4 2006 or Q1 2007.

The LF-MB121JD Blu-Ray DVD burner has been finally launched by Panasonic. According to panasonic the drive can record BD discs at 2x speed.

The drive can also can record DVD±R and DVD+RW at 8x speed, DVD±R DL at 4X speed, DVD-RW at 6X, DVD-RAM at 5X, CD-R at 24X and CD-RW at 16X speed respectively.

Ipod is the most sucessful mp3 player in the market any doubts? Therefore there has to be duplicates in the market right.. well so are they! Apple has sent warnings to its service partners about the counterfeit iPods that are available in the market.

The iPod Nano/Shuffle are only ones that have been affected thankfully making it easier to to spot the fake ones. One can spot a fake ipod by noticing few things like it lacks a dock connector, ship without the standard USB cable, has missing buttons and “Digital Music Player” printed on top of the packaging.

Toshiba has announced two new updates of its P-series MP3 players with 3 new colours and different storage capacities. The P5S will come with 512MB Flash memory and P10 with 1GB of memory.

They support MP3, WMA and WAV playback and comes with a OLED display. Other features include FM tuner, Analog alarm clock and Image viewer. The player uses Windows Media Player 10 to transfer songs and is compatible with Windows XP only.

The only new feature added or modified in the player is the FM tuner, the new watch and the auto power off. The players offer 14 hours of battery life, measure 31.9×13.2×82mm and weigh 50g.

P&C has unveiled a new Sky phone, ‘The IM-S100′.

Features:

• Supports MP3 playback.
• 256MB memory capacity.
• 2 megapixel camera.
• Other features include Mbank and a 33000 word dictionary.

This phone is currently only available in Korea and should cost you around 347 Eur.

The first images have surfaced online of the 2007 BMW 3-Series Coupe. The 335i model should be offering a 306 horsepower, 295 lb-ft, 3.0-liter bi-turbo engine and should reach that speed of 62 mph in just 5.5 seconds, compared to the 6.1 seconds for the for the new 272 horsepower 330i.

The 218 hp 325i will hit the same speed in 6.9 seconds. There are a lot of other hot cars in town, but BMW ..ahh takes my breath away!

The Nokia 7380, the phone is expected to hit Canada from the exclusive L’Amour Collection of fashion phones.

When the phone is turned off it has a mirrored display one can therefore check your hair or your makeup. The phone once tured on, the mirror turns into a color display screen. The phone also features a 2 megapixel camera and a integrated MP3 player.

The Nokia 7380 should be soon available in Canada for appox. $775 and cost and availability at other places is not known.
