Panasonic LF-MB121JD Blu-Ray DVD burner now on sale
The LF-MB121JD Blu-Ray DVD burner has been finally launched by Panasonic. According to panasonic the drive can record BD discs at 2x speed.
The drive can also can record DVD±R and DVD+RW at 8x speed, DVD±R DL at 4X speed, DVD-RW at 6X, DVD-RAM at 5X, CD-R at 24X and CD-RW at 16X speed respectively.
The drive comes with Power2Go 5 software which supports writing on BD-R/RE discs. The drive should support Windows 2000 / XP and XP 64 bit edition. Blank discs are available in 25 and 50 GB (Dual Layer) formats.
The Panasonic LF-MB121JD Blu-Ray drive should go on sale from June 10 and can cost you around 100,000 Yen ($ 850).
